I contacted Simmons Livingstone to help me set up my financial position and tax. Simon provided great information about my taxes and organised for me to chat with their financial advisors and brokers. I highly recommend visiting Simon for tax advice. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the broker services. Wayne was not a receptive broker. I had to consistently follow up with him to get a response and he didn't help me work through my financial position. I do not recommend the brokerage services at this company.

The best thing that ever happened to us was finding Simmons Livingstone & Associates. They have been so helpful in giving us great tax planning advice, as well as SMSF information and fantastic brokerage service. Only praise to Team Tom, Lauren and co. We first engaged with Tom’s financial services in 2016 - over 6 years now. We have had complete trust in also recommending him to my widowed mother a few years after. And Tom has always happily come to us in Brisbane. When there were some complexities and sensitive topics, Tom was always patient listening to my mother - more than I can ever do and sit that long for! I feel Tom is certainly a relatable person with many.Tom has been brilliant in his dealings across the board. Notably though, accolades should be given to Tom and Lauren with their assistance and complete success in both Trauma and TPD claims I have had to go through over time with my diagnosis of a progressively chronic and incurable disease. Not a simple, nor quick process given the varied nature of the illness. But a stand out comment I wish to make is that Tom could identify, further pursue, or actually fight for areas that the insurance company ‘overlooked’, didn’t pay attention to, or perhaps weren't concerned with when it came to dates and detail. This allowed me to receive further payout that was legitimately due. Perhaps the everyday advisor or TPD lawyer might just be content that a claim is accepted - job done. Not Tom - attention to detail, effort and thoroughness was evident!Not only has Tom been understanding and generally interested in our needs, his honesty and flexibility have kept us working with his services. I appreciate even more that both Tom and Lauren have been genuinely invested and caring in my claims and success, which will help ease the stress for our family's future. I could hear the joy in Tom’s voice when he called with the good news and I heard that Lauren was as overjoyed she could join in with the tears of happiness. Jacob is another team member I have recently been dealing with for other things and has been so quick and helpful too.Great team. THANK YOU!!

We have dealt with Xenya at Simmons for the last 16 years. We did change to another firm for 12 months and realized what Xenya was able to do for us we couldn't find anywhere else. One of the best things is when you ask for something it doesn't take 3 weeks to get done its done usually with in the day or before COB. I can not recommend Xenya and her team enough.
