A bunch of lying thieves. I bought a saxophone. The sales man told me it was a Jupiter with a hardcase. I got home and no where on the box did it say Jupiter. Next day I went to return the saxophone, in still unopened box. The manager insisted that he wouldn't take it back due to health law. It's unopened, I said! There is no health law about unopened boxes! So he opens the box while telling me that he can't resell as new (an opened instrument) and I notice the case wasn't even hard! It was nothing like he advertised and then he ended up charging me a 10% restocking fee to return it. I am sure they'll pocket that money and turn around and sell it as new. Basically scumbags like that is what has convinced me of not supporting local and just buying everything online.

Quiet no hassle store...friendly staff

This is one place that you should visit as the people that own or even work at this shop are very professional and very helpful.

They are nice staff, not very knowledgeable but helpful nonetheless. Limited range and rarely give discounts but the kind of shop for the beginner to average guitarist. They teach piano and this is popular. Overall a decent place to check out.

This place is horrible, staff are stubborn, rude and inconsiderate, the selection is limited and full of copies of good brands and the prices rip you off. would rate 0 stars if possible.

My kids like coming here I don’t. I don’t like the staff I’m sorry.They don’t want any sales or you to even consider buying anything. Not good for business.

asked for medium 80/20. gave me custom light phosphor bronze for $42. overpriced.

I spent some time meandering through the store, what was refreshing was that I was comfortable doing so, I have had dealings with the owner and the older gentleman there found their service to the point but pleasant. while it is not an exceptional in terms of a music store with range and pricing it is a good go to for convenience and for actual human interaction. I also do acknowledge that the pricing is higher due to having keep people employed etc.

Massive thanks for the help finding the sheet music I wanted. Prices are reasonable but then again music is a passion and hobby and it pays to get a reliable piano or keyboard
