Staff from another McDonald's said this store will open 24h dine in and take away. And it clearly wrote and promised '24h' for drive through orders. We drove 20km to here and found out that they are closed for NOT ONLY dine in, but also DRIVE THROUGH. Wow, fantastic guys, great job! Just take off your 24hs' label if you are not doing it plz, our time is time too.

Sat at the order box for 10 minutes before having my order taken with just 1 other car in front of me that spent the same amount of time waiting to pay. This Mcdonalds are consistant with getting orders wrong

I dont get take away very often and this meal reminds me why.both burgers were cold,i asked for extra tartare sauce on my fillet o fish and it was swimming in it.i understand everywhere is terribly understaffed but hire people and train them properly,although that doesnt happen anywhere either.the working world is way to hard now days.

Staff disorganised.Took 28mins to get a McAngus burger yes 28minutes.Staff were too busy talking well yelling to friends in the body of the restaurant ( let's be fair the apparent on duty Manager) as he was dressed differently in a grey uniform.Tables were dirty but again what McDonald's doesn't have dirty tables usually.The burger when it did arrive was in a McSpicy box.Lots of drinks and desserts were left to melt and go flat while the staff raced around but appeared to achieve little.Definitely not a McDonald's I want to go back to

Well maintained, clean, and fast speed in getting the food. The inside and the drive through was very busy but we got the food relatively quickly. The staffs seemed a bit overwhelmed with the pace but still served us well

Absolutely horrible. While waiting for almost 40mins the staff in the back are playing their own music and singing instead of making the food in a timely manner for the cars lining up in their waiting bays. Avoid this McDonald’s and go to the other one in Wodonga. Not a care in the world for the customer.

Just got Maccas from the Birralee store. Opened the BBQ Angus box and it looked like someone emptied the whole sauce bottle onto the burger. Seriously, this is ridiculous!!! Won't be returning here.

Partner went through drive through, ordered for a family of 5, got home and it was completely wrong order. Went in to the filthiest maccas I've ever been too, had to wait another 25 minutes for the order. Within that time frame there was another 7 people with stuffed orders or partly missing, staff standing there talking not one person attending to the front counter for service. Was rather disgusted. Asked the so called manager for a refund of some sort and was handed 2 free small chip card.. None of the staff seemed like that a clue what they had to do, was no direction and extremely disorganised The worst customer service I have seen, even for a maccas

15 February 2023 I bought dinner at Macdonalds Wodonga. Much to my dismay, I was unable to order at the counter as there was no counter service. So, I was forced to order using the machines. As I made my order, I noticed how busy the staff were, and even worse, how their backs were constantly turned to the customers waiting for their order to be filled. This seemed to me to be an inhuman kind of arrangement which upset me intensely. I mentioned this to one of the staff, and they confirmed that they did not like the arrangement either. I said that the arrangement made them seem like robots to which they agreed.I imagine there is a staffing issue behind this, so one of my solutions is this. How about the owners step up and come and help out the counter. Don't leave it to the young ones to experience such a drop in customer service, and a job that trains them to be robots.

When visiting this store on a rather regular basis, we have had nothing but excellent service from those working in drive through!Being regular customers, we have become friendly with the staff and seen that they put in a lot of work hours to keep this store running. As for the 24 hour opening times which one review states, yea it’s a little frustrating however every computer system needs an update every 24 hours and this store does this around 1am… so if you’re coming to grab makkas, it’s advisable to visit before or an hour after this time. It’s not the fault of the team members!These very hard working employees are on minimum wage and work a lot more than most other industries, so a little patience - although this can be inconvenient at times, I’m sure would be an encouragement to their staff, especially overnight staff as there’s only three staff on!My only criticisms are; Sometimes the burgers are roughly put together (as at any McDonald’s being off centre) and handling them is difficult.And, being a parent of an employee (all my kids got their first jobs at makkas), the set hours start to finish times, can go over the persons time to clock out! Being a mum or dad etc waiting to collect their kids ON TIME can be so frustrating! Especially having to wait around… 1/2 hour to an hour sitting in the car… normally every workplace has a 10 min window after their end time to clock off but this comes down to management.But overall, the service we’ve received especially from certain workers. Happy to have this as our store :-)
