Chemist warehouse didn’t have an issue taking my money after the refusal of service of a box of cold tablets I received here today.Oh no, not a second box! “We cannot serve you today as these tablets should last you a few days.”As if a severe cold is going to be less than a. Box of those for a larger guy.I’m 110kg and don’t last on normal 60kg human average doses the tablet company did their controlled studies on.I went to another pharmacy and got served.

I was grunted at by 3 rude old men behind the counter when I asked if they had a particular medication. Did not try and help me or offer an alternative. They didn’t even look up at me. I remember years ago popping into this chemist late one evening to get some medication for my child and had a really awful experience. Avoid this chemist. Awful, awful, awful.

I have been to this chemist twice and the pharmacist or manager or whatever the hell he is, is so rude! the first time iwent in with a prescription and he immediately said we don't have".. I felt like he just didn't want to serve my kind. Then today I went in to ask for micellar water and again he said no

I wish I could give 0 stars I never feel the need to review places I have bad experiences at but because of how hostile &the pure hatred me & my pregnant partner experienced from these two men. I thought it would be wrong to not put some type of warning out. Please be careful.

My partner and I were harassed by very rude and unprofessional pharmacist (he introduced himself as the owner) for no reason. Had to report to police and they will check out the place. Please avoid - there were several previous reports of similar behaviour

A very helpful and accomodating pharmacist that went above and beyond to ensure I had the meds I needed, I would never have had this experience should I have been to Christ warehouse or Priceline, so I am absolutely impressed with this! The wait time incredibly long though since they have a very small team.

Very rude and unprofessional pharmacist. Refusing to help with a refund less than 30 mins after the item was purchased, quoting fear of Covid transmission as the excuse, though he wasn't even wearing a mask! Would highly recommend avoiding this shop in the future.

Every time I go I always get exceptional service.It’s old school chemist experience with accurate consultation and care.Ash is the owner and is probably the most experienced pharmacist I know he always goes out of his way to help and I have seen this time over time when I’m in the pharmacy.He is caring and supportive and his staff are also always attentive to customers needs.I have always had a positive experience with this pharmacy and always go back there due to the quality of care and knowledge..It’s a five star pharmacy with five star staff I would highly recommend them especially if you have continual care needs you will definitely get it here.
