0/5 - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Just re-homed a breeding colony of 24 Lyretail Mollies via Gumtree. Turns out they were 'stolen' by Beyond Aquariums aka Capital Aquatics, dumped into a tiny tank and on sale within the hour! We didn't even know until we wandered in!I'm not sure what upsets me the most; the tiny tank/poor conditions, the overpriced $15 price tag (30-50% markup on other stores), selling them piecemeal and dividing up the family or the fact they didn't quarantine them!If they had ANY diseases that could have infected every other fish connected to that tank!

Happy helper and wonderful to deal with, he was happy to offer advice to my novice self. I will be back for more as soon as these guys are settled in!

Excellent service, bought a whole tank setup inc sand and driftwood. Even when my inline heater broke they replaced it with no dude at all. Amazing work boys and wonderful experience. Will be back for sure

Having had my original review blocked from facebook (they have blocked reviews from all people) I'm more than happy to share my experience here.I went in with money to spend and a lot of it. Tried to strike up a rapport/conversation about new tanks and lights and was met with rude disdain for my questions after it felt like the owner found out I wasn't interested in custom made. Instead of selling me something I was told to go online and facebook them for a quote. From decades of successful family business I'm a true believer that the business is there for the customers convenience - not the other way around.I tried asking about details of expensive Kessler lights the guy wanted me to buy but he didn't know anything about them - I was told in no uncertain terms to do my own research! I felt totally belittled by the guy who repeatedly kept looking at his phone and texting during the conversation! I felt when asked questions this guy got completely uptight and defensive and he ended up telling me if I knew so much about them then maybe I should sell them...I have been involved in the hobby for over 30 years, I love the hobby and I'm always looking for good people with good businesses to support locally but this interaction was so rude that even my husband who was there said he had to walk away because it was totally cringeworthy. Over the years and throughout the world I have met many in the hobby and have developed great relationships with them - this is not one business that seems like it wants to develop anything except its ego and it's bank balance. Note to Capital Aquatics/Beyond Aquariums- if you want someone to buy then you need to learn to sell and lose the mysoginistic attitude.

This store is an absolute gem , whoever the owner has stocked everything perfectly for the size . Yes its not as big as Gem aquatics but it has everything you need . Also the staff are extremely easy going , I don't understand the negative reviews here I guess some people don't use common sense . Highly recommend this store

Only found out about these guys today and glad I did. Sons axolotl is currently ill and these guys helped with some good information and a tank chiller fan

Been there numerous times my friend bought a fish tank and on a latter occasion some fish, I have purchased fish from him and the guy couldn't do more for you if he tried, great service very friendly and great advice a little pricey but would %100 recommend a look here first
