Found Ben was quick to respond and gave a fair and reasonable quote. Easy to arrange a time with. Rang to say he'd finished his prior job a bit early and was available to come sooner if I was home (I was). Very friendly, fixed the job fast, made sure all was well. Highly recommend.

Ben got the job done in a day, upgrades to downpipes and connection to stormwater. Very friendly and spent the time on site at the quote stage to work out if there were more underlying issues. Very happy with the service and would definitely get him back in the future.
