What I liked about Mike was with the initial inspection there was no trying to quote a bigger job for more money..If you need a roof repair/I highly recommend Mike from Operation roofing. I had an extremely poor experience with Michael from Operation Roofing.I needed a simple replacement of a small section of gutter. Michael said this would take him a couple of hours. He started the work, and told me he would be back to finish it the next day. He took payment for the full job.Now weeks later and after five no-shows, Michael has left me with damaged, incomplete gutters that leak, overflow, and aren't sealed. He won't respond to calls or messages and has left me out of pocket.
