Very caring vet, even recommended another vet due to tick vaccine shortage to safe my cat. Good news, it was no tick, and I went to Greencross vet with just a 1 hour notice for appointment

After changing vets, only to be closer to home. I was not disappointed with the clinic at South Toowoomba. Vet Kara is always so welcoming, my dog loves her, which makes it easier to get him through the door. He recently has 4 teeth out and the care given was exceptional. Everything explained to me including after care. Quote given prior was adhered to and no surprises. Made budgeting for the procedure easier. Best decision I ever made.

I love this surgery. Not only are they very friendly (you are usually warmly greeted by the resident cat Buddy too), but they go the extra mile. I ordered a quarterly supply of anti-tick/flea meds for my mother's cat (Cici, attached pic), but giving the wrong brand name, and they just ordered the cat's usual instead! I was too embarrassed to admit my error, figuring one med is as good as another, and was DELIGHTED that Kimberley had checked and changed my request. As i live out of town, i regularly bring and injured wildlife in, and they save what they can, ensuring the best for the individual animal, bird or reptile. Thank you Greencross Stenner Street!!!

Staff are friendly and inviting. The quality of care and attention to my pets was heart-warming to see. The Vet and nurses at this clinic are knowledgeable and compassionate, and treat your animals like their own. Communication is tops, with everyone explaining to clients in easy to understand terms, so you are fully informed of your pet's condition and treatment options. Highly recommend.

Took my two cats to Greencross Vets Kearney Spring for the first time. They are usually nervous wrecks when they meet strangers, but they were both confident when the Vet handled them so that they didn't get stressed. The vet and staff also assisted me to carry their large cage into the Vet clinic from the car and back to the car again when finished.

Great service and knowledge. Took care of little Eva like she was their own!
