Steve & his team worked for us for a year while renovating a property. (2018-2019). I wouldn't say attention to detail is a benchmark of the company, the billing is not as transparent as it could be, and I could not depend on them to arrive on the days they said they would. For eg:I requested a surge protector twice and it was not installed, costing us an extra $9000 in replaced security equipment and repairs.A water supply was turned off and was forgotten, in the middle of summer. We lost $2500 worth of trees. The other $3000 worth that looked dead slowly came back, though not as lush and glossy as they were :(Otherwise everything is working, and finished to a decent level. Our new electrician has found a few issues to correct, but nothing major. I imagine for smaller jobs, this company is adequate.

A great job from the team. They were super efficient and very helpful. I really appreciated their attitude and professional approach. They told me my options, gave useful advice on where and how things would work best and were generally a pleasure to have on the job. This is the third job time they've helped with my renovation and every time has been excellent. Highly recommended.

Well, I couldn’t have asked for a more professional and seamless completion of the many electrical jobs that we required at our home.We were referred to Steve and Julie from an acquaintance.It took them a little while to get a crew here, but there’s a really good reason for that.They are busy, and the reason they are busy is the quality of work, their professionalism, their competitive pricing, but most of all their qualified tradies.We had a fairly long list of electrical changes which was met with a smile and ‘can do’ attitude.The guys were friendly, efficient and happy to offer alternate methods which would save us money.The end results were impressive and their final cleanup appreciated.I have no hesitation in recommending this business.Thanks again Steve, Julie and your team.RegardsMark

Booked a job last year and I had to email/ring a few times to confirm when and if they were coming. Eventually they did and all good, although the worker did leave a mess. Rang recently to book another simple job and was promised a call back the next day to organise a time. Never happened! Their communication is severely lacking. Went with Sawtell Electrical who confirmed and texted and even rang to say they would be a little late. No dramas with them!
