Book now for a couples session! We experienced the infrared sauna, float pool and a couples massage where we were both in the same room. The whole experience was AMAZING! The staff were pleasant and professional and were keen to introduce us to City Cave and all its fantastic amenities. Cool water or detox tea were available throughout our visit. We were provided with robes and slippers which were great to transition from the sauna to the float pool to the massages. All our bookings took place on time and we arrived a few minutes early, as suggested, to watch the intro video as first-timers. The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and we will definitely book in for regular sessions. The highlight, though, was the massage at the end. Both Sabina and Linh were fantastic. My husband regularly gets massages and is considering switching over to City Cave with Linh. Best massage ever". Thanks to everyone on staff at City Cave Broadway today. I’ve been a regular of Broadway for over a year and the practice of sauna and float has become a staple in my care routine. When I go regularly I cope with life better, I’m more peaceful, my skin glows and I get less pain. Also I love the staff! They always help me out if I mix up my booking and they take the time to connect even though they work so hard behind the scenes so that we can have these peaceful experiences. This was my first time at City Cave but also an infrared sauna and float. Although I didn't feel particularly well after the sauna (perhaps my body wasn't used to the heat), the staff were very kind especially Sophia who reassured me that I should take my time and asked if I wanted to go ahead with the float. I really appreciated that she cared about how I felt and what I was ready for. Thankfully I did feel better after resting and I was able to experience the float which was really amazing. The sensation of weightlessness and really tuning into my body and thoughts was an opportunity that I haven't had in a long time. Thanks to the fabulous staff/Sophia, I had a really wonderful time and can't wait to go back!

I finally get to try City Cave after almost a year having it on my wishlist. I tried float therapy and it sure didn’t dissapoint.The vibe and the whole process was very relaxing and calming and I love how rejuvenating the session was.You don’t have to worry about toiletries because they will provide all the basic necessities. They even have hairdryer, how good is that!

4.5 Stars. I really love the concept of City Cave providing a serene escape from all of the hustle and bustle of city living. My partner and I go for infrared sauna's all of the time and love them.This particular City Cave always has excellent service and facilities, however complimentary water for Sauna sessions would be nice. There is complimentary tea though (common across all franchises).There's also great deals and bulk buys that City Cave offer which make the sessions much more affordable.

A great experience of tranquility and zen from the moment you walk in the door. Loved the interior decor full of moody lighting, greenery and salt lamps that instantly made me feel relaxed. The float session itself was of course amazing, with spotless facilities kept in good order. Shouts out to the lovely receptionists also for the pleasant visit.

Stylish, relaxing atmosphere, friendly, helpful staff & great facilities. I rang to book a couples massage & float with the help of the lovely Chris, who was fantastic. The follow up process was very efficient & professional, filling in emailed consent & intake forms prior to session. I booked remedial massages for us & the forms asked specific questions about any problems, areas of concern & what we wanted to achieve from the session, & this info was confirmed by the massage therapists before we began. The girls were very sweet but it was immediately obvious I was not going to be getting anything even remotely related to a remedial massage. In fact it was barely perceptible even for a relaxation massage & my tolerance for pressure is low - firm but not very hard at all. That being said i would rate that as the most ineffective massage I've EVER had. Feather light wispy strokes with zero focus on the areas that needed attention, & no muscular work at all, not even a slight hint. In fact it was SO feathery I was tensing up in frustration (& from the cold draught blowing on my neck) & ended up being more stressed with more pain at the end than when I arrived. Seriously - why offer Remedial massage if your staff can't provide it? its false advertising & insisting on filling in forms with specific details that are completely irrelevant is a farce. And intensely annoying. Sadly my hope of making up for the massage fiasco with a lovely relaxing float was not to be... The float pool room was gorgeous & pool looked promising but after 10mins or so afloat, the oppressively hot air temperature began to affect my breathing & made me feel panicky. My partner experienced the same. There was a heavy chemical flavour to the thick hot air which was alarming & i could barely swallow before I was fully dressed & had to open the door to let some cool air in. My partner & I were both seriously in need of stress relief after going through a few very traumatic months. We'd been so looking forward to The Cave experience which was part of my partner's birthday gift. But when it was over I actually felt worse - more stressed, with added disappointment - mine AND my partner's - & the subtraction of $320 for a shower & a cup of tea, which we could've had for free at home without the headache.1 star for style, 1 for Chris

I booked a 45 minute remedial massage with Sabina and the service she provided was excellent! She listened to my concerns, was gentle around my new ear piercing, and did a fantastic job of alleviating the pain and I feel so much better! One of the best head and hand massages I’ve had in a while too!Their chill room was lovely to sit in afterwards to enjoy some tea while I regained my senses before heading back out into the world. Can’t wait for my next massage here!

We came today for the couples float and sauna. It was honestly SO nice. The experience starts with the nice welcome of the competent and friendly staff. We watched an intro video whilst sipping on some delicious detox tea. We received some instructions for the sauna and connected our phone to the speaker. The infra-red sauna is great and we prefer it to the classic sauna. We got a little basket for our personal belongings, a fresh rope and slippers. You can change the intensity and the color of the sauna and they provide a little leaflet indicating which colours promote what in your body. We then had a few minutes to cool down, got an intro to the float room, had showers and were floating for 60 minutes. We opted for 10 minutes of music, 40 minutes in silence and then waking up to 10 minutes of music. It was really really relaxing. The little floating device for the neck provided security that our heads stayed afloat. We occasionally bumped into each other but it didn't bother us though a bigger tub could possibly avoid that. We came out really relaxed. All the facilities are clean, the shower is stocked with bodywash, hair wash and conditioner. Both of us said we would return maybe every 6 months or so. We highly recommend this experience for anyone looking to cool down a little bit away from the city buzz whilst being in a super convenient location just minutes from Sydney CBD.
