Won an outdoor setting in a disability center raffle on opening the sealed box i found that it was one leg short of the table ( should have three legs ) when i went down to the company I explained the situation to them to no avail i was told that i have to pay $40 Inc GST for the table leg. in my Opinion they had incorrectly packed the items (the cardboard container that it came in was sealed). Their customer skills were much to be desired, very uncaring just interested in the cash. If only they just handed me the missing leg i would have been very impressed and would have written a great revue Sorry Colonial Casting you have lost a customer and i will explain to all my contacts what happened.
