Daniel from Grotec delivered a premium level of service to my family. Our 4 year old Livezi air conditioner had failed for the 4th time despite an alternative servicing company's best efforts. In the midst of a run of >30 degree days, Daniel attended our residence promptly and evaluated the issue in a thoughtful and professional manner. He identified the long-standing issue (which had not been properly fixed previously) and immediately our air conditioning system came back to life. I highly recommend Daniel and look forward to his ongoing maintenance of both our Livezi and Fujitsu air conditioning systems.

An excellent, well managed process from first visit by Daniel, to installation by Daniel and Jack in a two-storey block of flats with potentially difficult solid-brick-cavity walls. We also asked Daniel to arrange for the necessary electrical cabling - thus Shane Smillie Electrician sent us Jesse and Jacob who did a superb job of a very difficult wiring requirement.
