dusk Geelong

Chloe served me today and I had the best experience, she was overly helpful and happy to have a chat.It’s the the little things that make someone’s day during these times, she had amazing service through and through, will definitely be returning. Five stars ⭐️

I've purchased a lot from dusk in the past with no issues, however I've never had an experience as horrible as what I had today. I had gone in earlier to look for a candle for my friends birthday, but I left with nothing so I could think about which scent to choose. When I went back in, the lady immediately stood out the front of the store and was on the phone. When she served me at the registers, she was extremely rude and blunt, and after I paid she told me to empty my bag onto the bench in front of her, obviously assuming I was stealing. I work at Kmart so I have no issues showing someone my bag, however her tone was accusing and rude and it was very clear she was under the impression I had shoved stuff in my bag. After realising there were no dusk items in there, she proceeded to suddenly become nice and friendly, a huge contrast to how she had just treated me. She had called two security guards to the store to catch me (I hadn't stolen, so obviously nothing happened with them) and proceeded to not give me my receipt for the item I had purchased. Overall a really bad experience, and had she given me my receipt I would've returned my items. I will not be shopping here again and will not be recommending the Geelong store to anyone from now on, as I have in the past.

One of my real favorites! Jacqui and I love the candles and always find a way to drop over a hundred dollars every time we step in.

Today I went to this store and the experience I faced was completely unnecessary and embarrassing. My partner and I went to try out some scents of candles and left the store to make up our minds. When we returned, the lady working in the store immediately stood out the front of the store and got on her phone. As my partner paid for the candle, the lady was rude and blunt. Not being from the area, hubby and I were a bit lost and looking for somewhere to have dinner. We popped into Dusk to buy a mist spray and asked one of the lovely ladies working for some help finding our way. She was more than happy to assist and not only did she give us suggestions for dinner but she also provided us with directions and sought ideas from her colleague too. Both of these wonderful women behind the desk made for a pleasant shopping experience and we wanted to say thank you for being genuinely kind humans. Our first night in Geelong has been made even better thanks to you!

Sandi and the girl working with her were the friendliest employees I’ve met in ages. They were both so lovely and helpful. Made my day :)

Realising that I had left it too late to order a Pascal Easter candle, I decided to make one. My daughter suggested Dusk, Geelong, as a starting point. The staff person was delightful, and I purchased the perfect pillar candle. After a search, I found some fabric stickers, at a craft shop, to complete the task. Thanks for the really pleasant service - and for the encouragement!

I had the pleasure of a beautiful young girl serve me this morning (geeling store)by the name of chloe you are amazing keep up the great work. You are amazing with you knowledge thank you for a great experience keep kicking goals in retail it suites you.

My friend went there the other day and was treated very poorly just for smelling candles the lady serving was rude as. The lady had called security on them for doing nothing. Do not recommend going there.
