A super shop for all things winter and active and adventure.I had a bit of a challenge with a particular jacket I wanted in my size, but they were able to give me real time updates and then a solution of the jacket in another store where I was travelling too.Very happy with their updates and the actual product obviously, along with their store manager Sean proactively offering a delivery refund.Must visit if you’re planning to travel to cold climates or need active wear. Really good member prices too!

Good service in this store. They have good quality gear as well. I like to support the smaller camping shops as otherwise the large conglomerates will just take over.

They were closing at 3... I got there at 2:57 and I was there to buy a couple of hiking packs and other hiking gear. The guys stayed for an extra hr and fitted me up with my new osprey xenith 88l. I already new everything on this pack from you tube reviews. I let them still tell me all the fatures on it, and much to my surprise they actually new everything on it and we're very knowledgeable. So I decided to buy more hiking gear cause of the great service I had.

Best ever! They helped us heaps when we couldn't get to the store due to a flight cancellation!! Got us all the stuff we desperately needed, allowed us to pay over the phone and delivered our equipment to our hotel! Great customer service from Shane!

Incredibly helpful staff. Hired a down sleeping back for the Overland track, very reasonable. Also purchased gas and returned my half full gas so that regulars can use it. Highly recommend Paddy Pallin.

I Recommend buying Black Diamond headlamps, worth every cent, I have owned about 50+ headlamps and that is most definitely the best, great service as well, highly recommend.
