All the staff at Immerge group are excellent. Starting with Kelly in the office who gave me the quote and then Steve and his team were at my door on time and replaced our water heater in under 2 hours and explained me all the things I needed to know. They took the old heater and left the place nice and neat. Thank you I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family.

Outstanding service, I phoned on a Monday afternoon and had my new infinity hot water system installed the next morning by 1030!Can’t thank Kellie and the team enough for their help and beating a hideously expensive quote extensively. An electrician was also organised by Immerge- I didn’t have to do a thing! Highly recommended!!!!

Never thought a company like this existed!I had the Rinnai B26 infinity installed.From onset to completion the communication was fluid. I was never kept in the dark about pricing. No call out free or additional hidden fees. Kellie was upfront with the cost from the get go and she updated me ever step of the way, she is such a good person to deal with. I also received a call from her after the work was done about how my new hot water system was performing.One of the best company to deal with.This company is aces in my book.Rinnai you done it again and this time pairing up with the best company.Immerge Group you beauty!!!

I rang Immerge and spoke to the The boys who done the job wry friendly customer service told them what I needed and they organised to come out the next day and replace the old water heater with a new instant hot water heater. The boys who done the the job were very efficient and made sure everything was working correctly and cleaned up when they finished.I’m very happy with all they done for me.
