Why do I love Curves Bairnsdale? The friendly staff, the knowledge they share, the atmosphere, the laughs & fun. The extras like dance & boxing exercises, the challenges, the encouragement and the fact it takes just 1/2 hour to do the circuit ... it makes me feel great! Thank you Julie & Jess xxx

Curves Gym Bairnsdale
I have been going for over 10 years and I get board very easy with exercise so that says something. The staff are just Awesome so encouraging, friendly and make it a lot of fun. It is very social for me I get to catch up with girls that go the same time and have made some really lovely friends while working out so its a really fast half hour. I am loving the boxing and dancing programs which run after work so just perfect for me. Definitely a 10 out of 10 recommendation from me.
