Very rude and disrespectful with not any single professional behaviour. I have a shell fuel card and wanted to prepay for my fuel. However, the manager told me we don’t accept this and when I said why?, she said (BECAUSE WE DON’T) in a very rude way. I have used the shell fuel card in every single shell station from south to north of WA and used it with other petrol stations brands and no one gave me a drama. But this one was a special one and did not even want to try it.I wish this gets to your top management and have a chat with you and educate you to the minimum standard of education.

My car was running perfectly, sitting just below a quarter of a tank I filled up to full. I got down the road and the car began running like a pig, shuddering and reduced power. When I used all the fuel up and fuelled at a different petrol station the shuddering disappeared and power returned. I would not go to the Armadale She'll petrol station again
