Thought I’d try this place … never again the bloke cutting my hair didn’t listen to what I wanted at all I had to keep stopping him and telling him over and over again one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had … then paying $35 for this was a joke … avoid this place !!!! They try and come off as some cool place … how about listening to what your customers want first !!!

Absolutely the worst haircut even these people can't follow simple instruction, I wouldn't let them cut my dogs hair. A serious waste of oxygen. Definitely never recommend this place

A bit of a wait but a board to put your name on and 3 barbers available made it move quickly. Good waiting area in and out and reasonable price at $25 for a senior.

This is my first ever review and I want people to know about my experience. Arrived with 3 people in front of me. Sat down outside and waited patiently for 45mins. Owner and 2 other staff members saw me arrive but never informed me that I had to write my name down on the list. It was close to the end of the day and with only 4 left waiting for a haircut and only 3 names left on the board the Owner out loud says “No name no haircut”. This was my time to leave as I didn’t want to give my business to them especially the owner who looked arrogant and with that comment was an absolute disgrace. More of a reason for me not even entering the barber shop to write my name down. I urge everyone not to go to Jimbo’s. Save your money and look elsewhere, it’ll be a lot quicker also as you won’t be waiting around for 45mins.

Honestly so disappointed, the past 3 times I have gone here I have had the 3 worst hair cuts of my life all because of the one bloke that has cut it each time, he doesn't listen to what you ask and goes on to doing his own thing, I asked for barely any off the top and now I have barely anything left, I asked for a taper fade and all I got was the sides of my hair completely cut off. Listen to your customers, they ask what they want and you end up doing what you want and completely rush it. This place is going to lose so many customers...

1 adult and 2 children went for a cut. Excellent service. Did not have to wait long. System in place for lining up is great so you know how many before you. Very satisfied with cuts. Thank you. Recommended.

Never again they cut my hair way to short to what I said and didn't stop when I told them to multiple times
