Exemplary customer service ! I bought my skates online, after I decided to re- start skating after 30 years. Josh and Alisa have been very helpful to ensure I get the right size of skates to accommodate the needs of my feet.They are very responsive with their communication. As I nurse I forget that others sleep early but they responded to my messages via their chat promptly. They always offer options and really ask important questions to help me make correct decisions for my purchase.Smooth transactions, easy to navigate website, great payment options available. Fast delivery service.Excellent people to deal with! I highly recommend this shop. Five star customer service. Keep up with the wonderful service. I just recently purchased a pair of the super grip roller skates and I couldn't be happier with the purchase.I was a little hesitant at first about purchasing online as I couldn't try them on but I contacted Roller Derby Heaven and ' Megan' was nothing but helpful during the process. She even got the skates and took out the inner sole and measured it ensuring the fit was going to be correct.Consequently the fit was perfect and the skate is extremely comfortable.Had it not been for the prompt and excellent service I received from Roller Derby heaven and Megan I don't think I would have purchased these skates. Thanks again guys.

Found the skates I was looking for at a great price! Would definitely shop here again, was really happy with the skates, the website was easy to shop on and they arrived quickly too. Also they gave me a cool lil sticker in the parcel which was a nice touch!

Bought a ref shirt online through their website, but first contacted them via Facebook as I wanted to work out a timeline for how long it would take to process the order (I wanted the shirt printed as well). The person I spoke to was great - I heard back that day and they advised they would print and post that day. Even with the font I supplied! The shirt was printed, posted, and arrived six days after I ordered it (to Perth). Pretty happy with that!
