Mark & Sylvie's Home Care

We tried a Home Care provider about two years ago but cancelled the agreement because it was creating more work than it was solving. Main problems were inconsistent and unreliable staffing and service times. The Case Manager was non existent.So after my wife’s health deteriorated we were sceptical about trying another service. It was only after seeing Mark and Sylvie’s advertised at our local GP clinic that we made enquiries about the service. We have been delighted with the standard of staff providing our direct support. Our Case Manager’s responsiveness to any request for additional professional help or equipment has been outstanding - as has the seamless coordination with our other service provider. Reliability of the service is of great relief to us and I would highly recommend the service to anyone considering home care support.
