The staff at Bundaberg A2Z4X4 are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They keep the store well stocked, clean and orderly. Items are easily located and staff explain things you ask about. I would recommend Bundaberg A2Z4X4 to anyone who is wanting all things 4x4.

Terrible and rude customer service. Very lazy and unhelpful staff. Needed some help with a 5-minute repair job and was willing to pay up to $100 for it, but the staff were very dismissive of my inquiry without bothering to find out any more about the situation or provide a reason why it couldn’t be done. Luckily I went to TJM who were very helpful and able to fit in the 5-minute repair immediately despite being booked out.

I went in there in search of a snorkel hat, the sales person asked me what kind I then provided the information required, I was told it was not a Friday afternoon job" despite it being 2pm. I was given a standard snorkel hat (which I was very thankful for) but the fact that I waited 2 months for them to ring me or actually order one which they never did was appalling.I then went elsewhere and purchased oneimmediately. Extremely poor customer service considering we had all of our 4x4 upgrades done by them."

This business doesn't warrant any stars. We were warned about the lady there but we had no other option.Our brand new Dmax had its canopy fitted here. When we had an issue they told us we were required to come back for an inspection after the fitting and blamed our car dealer for not telling us. This was a blatant lie. We had no sticker on the screen no paperwork, no communication about having to come back no nothing.As you can imagine buying a $70.000 car we are devistated because of poor workmanship the tailgate has rubbed back to bare metal. The door was sitting on the tailgate. The clear plastic that was meant to run along the tailgate was missing. It was all slapped together to get it out the door. When we went back to discuss our issues we were fobbed off as if it was our fault for not returning for the inspection.Because we were on the road headed to Melb we couldn't follow up.Just be wary buying from this company

Great service, excellent staff. Had a new Ironman bullbar fitted to my Dmax and everything was handled professionally and the fitment was perfect. Highly recommend these guys

Bought an Ironman Swift 1400 tent from A2Z4x4 Bundaberg Dec 2022, while the tent is great the service from the dealership is a bit lacking. I asked on several occasions the center to center mounting holes required, even sent a photo and with markings as I needed to fit mounting rails to my canopy. The sales person just said 1270mm on the day they took the deposit and not ONE word after and not one email reply. I called and they said they were busy and would measure and call back which they never did. Anyway, pick up the tent and the holes are not 1270mm but 1260mm which required a lot of work by myself to bolt it down, slot holes etc. No offer of help or follow up while I’m doing this in the front parking. Thanks Ironman for a great tent but only 3 stars for A2Z only because they had it in stock.

Got black bear tyres fitted to my bt50, A2Z was very prompt and professional. Nil noise with my tyres on the highway, the team was very transparent and ensured my tyres were safe to drive away with.Will be going back.
