Outstanding service and well looked after. I purchased x 2 electric scooters for my twin girls , Francisco arranged for them to be set up, showed me how to use them and the right type of accessories and the warranty. Thank you so much to Gabriel who was kind enough to help me with my bike. My tires need air pump, Gabriel helped me free of charge. I wanted to buy air pump but they didnt have any available in store. He helped me refill it anyway. Appreciate it a lot. Very good service

It's been almost two months now that I'm waiting for my deposit knowing that the bike I returned was in perfect condition. The bike I used for more than a month had to be changed at least 4 times because they were not holding up anymore (one with a bent wheel, the other with the kickstand that fell off, and two others because the brakes were not even watched! ) I find it amazing to steal customers to make money!

Very very very poor managementSometimes good, sometimes badNeed to wait so long without any customerThere also was an issue about don't receive my bond back after 7 days of returning the bike.Then I tried to text them a few times via message and e-mail to ask about the problem but no reply. I need to come in person that waste of my time. The service is different from when you want to rent it.This kind of service changed my mind from buying a new bike after renting to stopping renting and buying from somewhere else.These could be expected to be better in customer service care

Thank you so much to Gabriel,Mel and Ian. They have been so helpful and kind, giving me all the assistance needed while renting an awesome e-bike for a very convenient price. Initially I rented it for a month, then two,then three... eventually I've bought it! Gabriel gave me an amazing price and Ian checked the bike fixing it completely. I also have three months warranty, that means I can go to them for any problem and they will take care of it. Five star, I absolutely recommending it . Amazing costumer service and prices. Thank you Gabriel and Mel!!!

I went there two months ago to buy an ebike and Gabriel got me a really good deal! Mel is such an amazing person, always smiling and aware of the customer service. I got my bike fixed today and it was fast and cheap. Its always fantastic! Muito brigada com voçes!
