Disappointing. Walked in off the street and dealt with Charlie regarding new car. Nice enough- very knowledgeable and pleasant young guy. Took a car for test drive and he advised he would be in a pre-booked appointment on my return. Totally understandable given I was a walk in. Returned from test drive, gave keys to new car sales manager and asked him to tell Charlie to email or phone me. Four weeks later and I still have not had any follow up contact. Nothing. Have taken my new car business elsewhere. Not a great experience.

I've been a dealership customer for 11 years at another Ford dealer. It used to be good service, now they won't look at anything outside the service without billing you. Sign of the times, I guess. I recently had the electric window fail in the down position., basically making the car undriveable. What did I get for my loyalty? A 4 week wait before they'd look at it! I rang another Ford dealer - 6 weeks. I rang AB Ford and spoke to Nick. He wedged me in to at least try and jam it closed for now. In the end, FIXED in 2 days! I need that car to get me to work. I'm an AB Ford customer now! Thanks for doing that bit extra, Nick!

About two weeks ago we purchased a second hand Jeep from Adrian Brien. The apprehension of buying a used car soon disappeared we felt very comfortable and not pushed into anything at all. We dealt with Praj his customer service was excellent he made the whole transition very pleasant also after sale assistance was never a problem. I really recommend Adrian Brien, if you want to feel relaxed and excited about purchasing a car!

Bought a second hand car several years ago. Had inherent mechanical issues, got fobbed of and spun BS by the service dept. while denying the problem. Won't trust them again. Warranty worth squat.

Horrible customer service. Called up to enquire about a part on the Nissan we bought from them late last year, and the lady on the phone assured us they only sell fords, not Nissans then hung up. Not the only thing we are disappointed about from them.

Patrick and Carrie did a great job getting me into my Everest. Always available, and aside from the global quarantine issues and parts shortages, the final delivery was brilliant. Great car, and they were very helpful right the way through. Would buy from them again.

I recently had my Jeep Patriot looked at upon paying my expensive bill the company had charged me an extra $14.96 surcharge without me knowing I questioned this charge and she said that their bank charges them that amount so it’s passed on to customers there’s no warning or signs that I could see stating this charge after paying $2137 for the 1 hour and half job they the nerve to charge a surcharge on top. Definitely won’t be getting any 10 out 10 from me in your survey!
