It’s complicated!The site was a nightmare – awkward to access, no lay down area, unexpected utilities and asbestos contamination - all made more difficult with COVID cases, supply interruptions and wet weather. This build had all the makings of a drama!Thankfully our story had a happy ending as Jamie and the team made it all happen with lots of hard work, regular communications and good humour. Very impressed – we’d happily use Jersey Living’s services again.

We have been a subcontractor for Jersey Living for approaching a year now. The Jersey team and regular subcontractors are all highly experienced professionals producing high end quality workmanship.Most importantly, we are paid well ahead of time, generally invoices are paid the same day as issued.Highly recommend working with this high quality builder.

Jersey building are the real deal.From first contact, it was clear Jamie worked differently to other builders we spoke with. He was receptive to our ideas and made several suggestions that resulted in a far better outcome for the finished product.Of the other builders who priced our project Jersey’s quote wasn’t the cheapest and it wasn’t the most expensive but we chose Jersey because the communication was first-rate, we always felt nothing was too much trouble and knew everything would be delivered as promised. Going with Jersey was the best decision we made.Our project was quite challenging, and Jamie and his team delivered ahead of time and on budget.Highly recommended.

Very impressed with the whole experience of having our gutters, eaves and fascias replaced. We have an old 1960s house so nothing is simple but the guys went above and beyond to come up with solutions. Most impressive is the communication. Jamie constantly kept us updated with who was coming and when and what was to come next. Greatly appreciate everything and we’ll definitely be using them again for future projects
