CLASSY NAILS + SPA

I’ve been here a few times to get my nails done and usually have a good experience. I recently went to get my acrylic nails removed and she filed my nails so hard that she cut me in 5 different places. I showed the lady at the front what had happened and she proceeded to blame me for the cuts saying that it wasn’t their problem and that it was the shape of my nails that caused them, then refused to give me a refund or any sort of discount. After the way she handled the situation I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Fantastic experience. None of chemical smells like other nail places. Felt like a princess the way I was treated as a trans woman. Acceptance incredible. Definitely recommend for persons with chemical allergies

Terrible. Staff are rushed. 30 minute wait even with a booking. Will not use their services again. Grand daughter's manicure was a very quick buff and a quick coat of polish. My pedicure was unprofessional, rushed and rough.

Have been going here for ages... Went in to have my nails done pre wedding" today and asked for tips on 2 under the SNS to correct their shape

I asked for round nails they are square ( I never have square) they have sharp sides less than 24 hours later I need to go else were to get then fixed. The lady told me to hold my hands higher as hers were sore and not to relax! They are different lengths and she told me I needed a new set not refills they did them last time. I have never had issues until now last week I got a Pedicure with no massage the other 2 customers got a massage but had a different lady. Disappointed in my last 2 visits.

Worst nail experience I will not go back. Average at best pedicure and shocking acrylic nails. Must use cheap product every nail burned HOT! Also asked for refill was told no need full set which I do not and they attempted to charged which I refused as I did not ask for removal.

Worst nail salon.Very unhappy and will never go here again.So unhappy with my nails, the polish is bumpy and bubbly from them not fully removing previous sns nails before applying shellac. They filed my nails down so thin in patches where my nails where burning HOT. And then preceded to split my thumb nail down the middle and pretend like it was there before my appointment.Every nail is a different size and shape. And my nails are now in pain from being filed down. And at the end of the torturous appointment they tried to charge me extra for a service I did not receive.

I've been here twice now for a pedicure and for the price I feel you get excellent value for money. I always request the dead skin shaver which is an extra $10 but completely worth it imo. The pedicure includes a hot stone massage which is a nice touch and both girls I've seen have been thorough and quick. The salon is hygienic with a wide range of colours available. Easy to walk in and get an appointment even when they're busy.

I just finished getting a full acrylic set for a wedding next weekend, a bit disappointed that the gal who did my nails really really rushed through it and I understand they were busy but I was happy and willing to wait for quality. The set is quite crooked and mishapen because of the rush through... I might have to see if I can get them adjusted elsewhere to look a little nicer than they do.I'm really sad. :( I was hoping for a nice look for the wedding and for $70 I don't feel like I got that.Maybe in the future this business could let the customers coming in that due to the busy period they may have to wait a little. I would have been happy to wait for better quality.
