We can’t thank Daryl and the team at Home Group enough for our amazing home.It’s been 12 months since getting our keys and can say it was a perfect experience from start to finish with Daryl still checking in from time to time to see how things are going.The level of service was/is incredible and we couldn’t be happy with the finished product.With all the stories we’re hearing lately we’re so glad we had Daryl and HG-SW build our stunning family home!

We were delighted when we moved in, and 18 months later, we are still delighted. Their communication was excellent. They let us know what a realistic time frame was, along with the risk of blowouts, but as it happened, they completed the build when they estimated they would. They helped tweak the design to something that suited us brilliantly. When issues arose, they handled them constructively and professionally and ensured we were kept in the loop. On a number of occasions, they went above and beyond. As the build was progressing, the project manager proactively let us know about possible minor issues that arose with the design, giving us the opportunity to adjust it as the build was happening. Their contractors' work was terrific, especially the bricklayers, the pavers, and the cabinet maker. We were very happy with the quality and design of our house once it was built, and after completion, they were proactive in responding to issues that arose (even in cases where it was more an issue of user error than problems with the build). It genuinely felt like it mattered to them that our experience was a good one. I would recommend them highly and would definitely use them again.
