Good service, called in advance and they had my order ready.+ Good size portions,+ chips were crispy steakhouse chips+ Box was easier to manage in car than typical butcher paper wrap.

The customer service was shocking. I will say their chips are good but considering their chicken gave me food poisoning I wouldn't recommend eating the meat here.PS it was the only thing I ate that day that is why I believe it was your food

Really lovely service the young girls and guys were wonderful and the food came out quick and the price was reasonable.My review is based on the food.I personally don’t like beer battered chips and when I think of Aussie fish and chips I think of the golden thin type again just my personal preference :( not sure if the fish was battered in beer but it was dry and orange and sadly that type of batter makes me sick.

Fish and chips were as expected,$14 works hamburger was ok but perhaps a bit small for the price.Food was all ok, Didn't hate it but will probably look for other alternatives next time.Quite a popular shop, always seems busy.Staff were lovely, our food was fresh. Fresh seafood looks great. Store was clean and tidy

2nd visit..customer experience much improved.Not so busy, and staff much more friendly and approachable, at our last visit they were obviously coming to the end of a hot busy shift.Nice fish, great chips, and perfect calamari rings. Generous to a fault, we couldn't finish the portion of chips between us (mind that was on top of the calamari rings and grilled fish).

Tremendous value, $20 for the seafood basket for 2 people. Battered fish, calamari rings, scallops, crumbed prawns even included chips, lemon & tartare sauce! Such a generous serve, everything tasted fresh and the batter on the fish was light and the crumbed seafood was crunchy, chips were delicious too! Highly recommend!

As visitors to the area, we thought we were ordering fresh fish and chips. We had the most disappointing meal, the crumbed fish was overcooked, the crumbing was way too thick. We ordered three premium fish packs. The chips were terrible, and full of short overcooked bits of potato. Even the potato cakes were not nice. The schnitzel burger, the chicken was over fried, and very dry ends. We will never order from this shop again.

Services at the counter were great. However. Salt & pepper squids were soooo salty, we need to throw it away. I would recommend the owner to check the food all the time for the quality+taste.
