Put an order in over the counter. 25 minutes later still waiting for order. Roughly 15 cars had driven through the drive through by then. Obvious they do not want customers in the shop rather have them drive through. Guess what......you have succeeded.......we will not be back. Disgraceful service.

Ordered a simple double whopper with cheese with no lettuce and tomato, get my order and it’s got nothing but beef and onions so asked the blonde girl to get it re made , got a dirty look and she took it back and asked them to remake it , then heard the guys at the back ask why with a rude tone and she said I don’t know and laughed then I said it needs cheese so she repeated it back and they were being so cheeky and rude about itThey got one job and can’t even do it properly it’s ridiculous, the service is disgusting and the whole shop is dirty and needs a clean

Burgers were good, even though ingredients we asked not to be on the burgers were still there. Coke was hot, ice machine broken.Approached staff at counter and their response and attitude was terrible, turned their backs on me while I was still talking.Called the manager on the phone later he was much better at dealing with the complaint. But I won’t go back here.

I regularly take my disabled client to his favorite Midland store but I am disappointed every time. The tables are not cleaned quick enough after customers leave & the floor is dirty. The ladies toilet often has a pool of water (?) on the floor, the mirror has been broken for months & not been replaced & the soap dispenser is from the Ark. Two weeks ago I reported to staff that both toilet seats were broken & when I attended today …. Yep you guessed it, still broken. The whole store needs a serious upgrade.

Pretty disappointed with HJ's Midland.We were there around 1:30pm ordered lunch and not once did the staff even look like cleaning up the mess left by previous customers. Won't be going back.

Went through drive through and they had staff at the first window that charged for the meal, then at the second window I was asked to donate for charity (not meal) which I did, and then got charged for the 2 dollar donation and my meal again! So that was a $28 dollar whopper meal all up. Never again will I use this store
