This is their definition of replacing/fixing a jockey wheel. I will be letting our group of 5k members know of their quality service.

Great place and helpful staff

Bad experience, I took an awning from my camper in to Austral 10 weeks ago and organised with them to have another one fabricated that was a little bigger ready for our trip of a lifetime to the Kimberley. Went there twice with all the details they asked for, left the original awning with them so they had a template. Paid a $200 deposit all was good.Followed up with them 4 weeks before we were to go and 2 weeks before and all was good.Got a phone call 7 days before leaving saying they can’t do it because the drawing was not good enough. Very confusing as they did the drawing!Heartbreaking,got a lead and called Martin at Adelaide Annexe and Canvas and he was generous enough to get the job done for us at short notice.Austral are unreliable and unpredictable.Daniel

No competition for quality, perfection on details of item, built to last, looks amazing also. Competitor's are dreaming to match the above. After talking to owners I quickly realized they have been in the industry for many years, as have the Australian owned company, 80 odd years by memory. Only the best components are used to manufacture canvas Goods, due to our Aussie climate, the sun deteariates overseas canvas and thread. Thank you to the owners of Austral for educating me on the above before I bought a cheap and nasty piece of burden. You have saved me money in the long run. Genuine friendly people was nice to come across also. Cheers :)

I was totally disappointed with our product. The website showed a taut fitting annexe and it sags. When pulled taut the door won't closeAfter purchasing I requested that they come and look at the problem on site but was told it would cost $60.00 for a call out fee after having just paid $3000 plus for the annexe. The annexe also leaks and never in a million years will I recommend Austral Canvas to anyone

Excellent Service and People

Had to get an existing Annex from my old van tailored to fit the new van. They were very helpful and the end product not only looked good but fit perfectly.
