Great gelato tasted awesome, but the service was terrible. I would much rather go to the NZ ice creamery further down the main street, much better service with people who seemed happy to be there

What a great ice-creamery. Not only was there a huge selection of ice cream flavours to choose from, there was also gelato and sorbet (even vegan options available). There is also a good selection of lollies and drinks to choose from.The girl that served us was absolutely fabulous. She was bright and bubbly as well as knowledgeable about the local area and helpful.

Ice cream taste greatThere is also gelato and afew lollies and chocolates on the side you can buy separately.Although the ice cream taste great, the store is very plain, no colours, not so appealing from the outside and inside but that didn't stop me from getting a scoop haha who can say no to Ice cream

Great range of flavours and serving styles. Very busy when we were there (with two small kids). Thanks to the older gentleman who gave us his seat outside to wrangle kids and cones!

Regular size is tiny for the cost. Girl serving us seemed like she wanted to be anywhere but there...Large range of flavours, but I wouldn't go back.

Personality of the staff were flat and really unwelcoming.The icecream was just plain and unpleasant. I don't know how this place got such high scores.I have had better icecream from a homebrand tub out of Woolies.Nothing special.

Visited on Friday 9th SeptTwo scoops X two waffle conesWow, so many flavours to choose from that it was so hard to decide which one we wanted on oursCone1 was Ginger and Blood Orange Sorbet - Ginger was a bit sweet and not very gingery taste, but the Blood Orange is highly recommendedCone2 was Bubblegum and Lemon Lime Sorbet - Bubblegum leaves a blue stain on your tongue and is highly recommended (makes me reminisce the old days) and lemon lime don't have much lemony taste and lime flavours, so I think it's okayFriendly service and recommended to try other flavours

Keep a close eye on what they charge you. We were complacent /too trusting when tapping our VISA card and as a result taken advantage of and severely over charged. When confronted with the tansaction the following day and requesting partial refund or credit for icecreams we were buying we were told there was nothing they could do. Poor form and I am sure not the first time this stunt has been pulled.
