Food was quite average, water tasted slimy and gross. Service was exceptionally fast (it’s fast food, what does one expect), but it was a very eerie atmosphere. No music, no chatter, only the the beep-beeping of the machines.

The self-service machines were not working properly. It wasn't just our machine, the young bloke beside us was having the same issues.We waited for a few minutes at the counter where the staff just looked at us and ignored us, so we walked out.

The order machine locked us out so we went to the counter to order but couldn’t get served. Overheard a customer service assistant telling another customer that they had ran out of syrup for their hotcakes. He said he didn’t want the hotcakes without syrup and she gave him the greasiest look. We walked out at that stage as I was intending to order hotcakes but NOT without syrup. Totally out of control. Lift your game guys.

Drive thru is poor serviceI went drive thru placed orders went paid and next step to collect food they said drinks not in list and requested us make another round to place order again! Talked to manager he asked the receipt however they just collected payment without providing a receipt. What’s a Joke!!!

I ordered my meal and drove up to the payment windows and was greeted by a young lady saying something about her eyelashes. Having zero interest I pay waved my order and proceeded to the pick up window with the same young lady yelling out numerous times I love you ". At the pick up window the same young lady was writing on a bag then placed my order inside and handed me my meal and drink with a smile and saying once again I love you. Puzzled what was written on the bag I pulled over and it said " I hope it's amazing with a little ❤️ drawn in too...I got home

At Macdonalds Portland my family and I ordered 5 chocolate sundaes… when receiving the order from a manager she said that they only had 4 spoons left. We asked how we are meant to eat an ice cream without a spoon. The employee was so flustered that he had no wooden spoons and went to check out the back. He came back with a knife and fork pack. We ate inside and saw other customers asking how they are meant to eat the sundaes and McFlurrys without a spoon also receiving a fork and knife pack or the employee saying I don’t know

Had to order of machine which was as glitch as he'll it also told us we got tickets for promo. We used machine because we could not get served at counter.When order came I needed sugar for my coffee and the woman said .. well you should have ordered it through the machine .. another girl gave me sugar and a spoon. I did say I hate using the machine and it would not have happened if I could have got served at the counter. Also when i asked for tickets they said promo finished so why is the machine telling me its still available???? Pretty bad maccas.

Never, ever,ever get the potatoe cakes from here. Ordered through drive through today, and after one bite, realised they were stale, cold and inedible. Went back into store and explained the situation and they were happy enough to replace, but one woman said they'd be 5 minute's which i didn't mind as I new they'd be fresh, but low and behold, my replacement scallops" were on the bench within what seemed a minute and ready to go. Simply ones allready there re fried and reheated but still stale and inedible. In the bin it goes."

Ordered around 4pm, won't be going back ever again, this place is filthy disgusting, photos provided have more but only added a few, it wasn't busy and the food was thrown together not wrapped properly, some items ordered not available, but replaced with what they had, food wasn't great, we threw most in the bin, $44 dollars I'll never see again what a waste of money, needs shutting down and cleaned and stuff fixed and better run by more qualified clean people, soo much more to add but you'd be reading for an hour

It may have been the free concert, which is why it was so busy. Needed more TM last night. It was so slow. Approx 45 min from the time I ordered to when I got my meal. The coffee was near cold by the time I got it.
