Dowell Towing Swan Hill
A caravan incident saw us needing to get the caravan towed into Swan Hill and Tom from Dowell Towing came to our rescue. Within 10minutes of the phone call he was on his way. Proficient, professional, calm and friendly he put us at ease immediately and had us moving to local business 'Swan Hill Caravans' who had us back on the road within 4 hours. These local business are 5 star.... A+..... can not recommend more highly.

Most unreliable and unprofessional company I have ever experienced. My partner's car broke down just out of Swan Hill in February after a work trip (We live in SA). My partner messaged and called them daily, trying to organise his car to be towed back to SA. They ignored him, didn't answer calls, didn't call him back, and had the audacity to blame him for their incompetence. When I had called them to express our concerns (my partner is too nice), they said to me that it was his choice to leave the car sitting there"

Dowell Towing Swan Hill
Peter came & rescued my family when our car broke down the day before new years. He got his mate to give us a lift to Swan Hill which I can't thank enough for as it was a 46 degree day & I was with my wife, toddler & infant.He also helped out big time by keeping my car at his yard for free for over a week then towed it to a local trustworthy mechanic to get it fixed.Thank you so much Dowell Towing, absolutely legend!!

Worst towing company I’ve ever used, it’s been 3 months and I still don’t have my car. if there was a minus rating I would use that. Even after I paid they is low to no contact and everything is so Dodgy
