I am an absolute novice when it comes to mowers. I went in to see Shayne for a mower that started then died within seconds continually. Its about 10 years old and I expected him to say I just had to get a new one because I killed it. But Shayne went above and beyond, he repaired my mower and had it working better than ever within a couple of days. He didn't make me feel silly for not knowing what I'm doing, and he was very considerate explaining things to me in simple terms so I understood how I killed it! He did not make me feel like a clueless female when some male dominated professions (hello mechanics) take advantage! Absolutely recommend Shayne. A local, family owned business who has my absolute repeat customering forever. Thanks Shayne.
