All Around The Roof

I will recommend Matt 100% for any roof repair, would not hesitate for a moment. He explained fully why and where the leak was coming from and how he would fix it. I have watched from the distance how he did the work, it was of good value and good quality.

The first time I used Matt he was great and really professional, went above and beyond to fix the broken tiles on the roof.This time I used Matt to replace the whole roof with a new colourbond roof and man was the experience the complete opposite, turned up late, messy on site, minimal communication, finishing and completion of work sub standard, not checking or supervising his apprentices workmanship the list goes on and he still hasn’t come back to fix the new gutters that weren’t sealed and waterproofed properly!Let’s just say it was a nightmare…never again!In response to the below reply of my review:I’d just like to say this is a true account of the events and experience I had of this company it is not from a bot or competitor. I just want to let those know who are considering to use this business maybe think again there are other roofing services to go with.

Used his service way back in 19-20. Just remember this service when a friend asked for a recommendation.I looked up my invoice to get his detail bc I remember his good service.Giving him a 5star because of the previous review and I remember how much I appreciated his job and service.
