Called these guys thinking they may be under noticed as there were no reviews online and I like to support those kinds of businesses. Never made another call. Great value, prompt service, friendly and knowledgeable professionals. Nick was fantastic to deal with over the phone and Craig, the tradesman who attended site was nothing short of exceptional. He spent the time and assisted over and above expectations, even educating me on better ways to use my AC when asked. Highly recommend.

This was our second experience with A and R installing a ducted system, first in a house we were renting and then in the house we bought. We were very impressed with their efficient service, good communication and response to queries. I would wholeheartedly recommend them

My aircon broke down and I was desperately trying to find a tradie to come round and check it out. I'd been let down by one tradie and a couple of others were either too busy or didn't work on my type of system. Fair play, when I called these guys, they managed to get someone there the following day and earlier than they had originally said, hence the 2 stars.The following day, I received a quote giving me options to replace the system with the explanation that 'repairs associated with the old air conditioner would be more expensive than the replacement cost'. The costs quoted were all between $9000 and $10,000. Then I remembered a local tradie I had used for other stuff but who actually specialised in aircons - just as a 2nd opinion. He came round 2 days after, as promised. He then contacted the company for some component testing files and came back within the week to carry out the testing. He identified the problem, ordered some parts and came back yesterday to fit them. I now have aircon again and it cost me less than $1000. I'm sorry to bag a local firm, but A&R supplied the quote because, either, they didn't want the job, they were greedy or they were lazy.
