My family four stay here for four nights (20/12-23/12)Excatly like what Deirdre Shannon had review. Highly recommended if you love to staying in suburb area with forest and wineyard around you. Kalamanda is just less than 15mins drive from here.

The owners are friendly, helpful and discreet . Their labradors well mannered. The cottage and surrounds are very peaceful. Clean and beautifully presented. Being lazy or active is very well catered for. Could not have asked for more.!!

I don't know what this place is like, I never got the chance as I sent them a message asking for a booking and commented asking them to check their messages, it's been about a week with no reply at all. It's a shame because it looked really lovely in the pictures.

Excellent customer service and an excellent place to stay. The whole family throughly enjoyed our stay and the accommodation and location is stunning. Highly recommended and we will stay here again.

Our stay at Farview guest house was fantastic from our lovely welcome to the beautifully decorated and spotless home. The owners Belinda and Dinesh provided everything you could possible need and were on hand for anything. This was the best home we stayed in Perth while traveling on holidays from Ireland. Our 3 boys really loved the property which has an art studio, trees to climb, tree house and baseball. The hot tub really added to our stay. I would highly recommend this wonderful guesthouse.

Most amazing location, hosts and accommodation. Had a lovely time around the area including visiting the amazing cidery which is in such close proximity, to return back to a warm welcoming place to stay with an amazing hot tub and fresh bread. Honourable mention to the cutest and friendly dogs on site. I left some jewellery there and Belinda went above and beyond and returned it to me! Beyond grateful and lucky to have been able to experience this little piece of paradise. I definitely will come back in the future. I’d recommend this place to all my friends and family.
