Just about useless... Got some kitchen benches re done, never have I dealt with such a disorganised company.Firstly we were given an install date, which was missed due to their easter break being in the way ( thought they'd know when they plan to break)Secondly, install day rolls around, bench is 3/4 done and we notice bubbling in the laminate on one section (was not checked before bringing to site). So back it goes.Third, new replacement turns up another 2 weeks later, they only send 1x worker so we have to carry bench in, gets unwrapped on site and it's totally the wrong colour!Finally get the replacement a week later, and finally it's right. Then they have the cheek to send us an invoice still for the full amount, and listing an inconvenience discount of about $60, no contact, no explanation, no customer service. Never ever recommend this lot

A few tiny jobs done very promptly, with perfect precision and at low cost. Plus I got the sort of service I'd expect if I were spending many thousands of dollars, not just a few.

Unbelievable. Chasing up for a quote to be informed that they are not going to quote. Asked why and all I get is oh a few reasons"Totally unacceptable and unprofessional."
