Wow! They want you to PREPAY to have a technician call out. Prepay. When the biggest complaint about technicians is traditionally that they don't turn up!I didn't come down in the last shower. Now I've read the reviews I'm really glad I backed out then!

Needed an emergency plumber due to no water at house duer to a garden hose pipe snapping. They said they will come between 4 and 7pm.at 4pm they call and say they cant come anymore and will come between 7-11am the next morning.They FINALLY arrive at 12pm, and quote $800 to replace a garden tap. Completely useless, overcharging. DO NOT USE

DO NOT EVEN BOTHER Paying a callout fee. Their prices are Astronomical to the point where I suspect they are just harvesting call out fees all day so they don't have to do any actual work. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Had a roof leak after a major downpour, the call out fee plus the price to “investigate” where the problem was occuring cost over $800.00+. No special tools were used, or awkward areas to get to into or around the roof in order to find where or why the roof was leaking so $800.00+ cannot be justified.Then on top of the $800.00, wanted to charge an additional large sum of money to fix the alleged problem - no thanks.Found out later after a second opinion that the problem advised originally by Mr Emergency was incorrect.A disgraceful price gouging experience, I will not be using this company again nor recommending them to anyone.

Very overpriced. Had a visit and a quote. Could not say for sure what was the problem nor tried to fixed it. Said equipment was broken. I was quoted around $3000 for labour that would take 3-4 hours according to him. Other plumbers were charging around $700 for same job. I didn't go ahead with the service. In the end, the equipment was not broken and didn't need replacement, which I had to find out by myself.

Charged $141 fee to visit and quoted the highest quote ive ever seen to change a hot water system ($6,800)New plumber came in and quote $900Was very late for the job and not helpful at all! Very disappointed with the service!! I would not recommend them for my worst enemy!
