A young man, not sure if it was Jye and maybe another person?.. anyway, the team at EduCom IT make it so easy!I’m relieved to have a wonderful, smooth repair service that is available to apple users.Straight forward, and no bs type service.AirPods were experiencing crackling noises and a lot of interference static.When I looked into it, Apple recommended EduCom IT in Smeaton Grange, as they were authorised on behalf of Apple to service/repair items.And I’m glad I didn’t go to an apple store! It took less than expected to get them back to me, completely under warranty, no dramas and communication was great.Really happy with my experience here and I hope others know about them because it’s worth telling ppl about.Thanks guys!

The Young Guy Who helped me with my Sons phone was great. He was very patient, spoke to my Son and was a great help. Would recommend them.

Poor customer service. Was told 3-4 days, I said what day I would be there (5 business days after dropping it off) and they hadn’t even started. No apology, despite knowing I drove an hour each way to get there. Had nothing else to do in the area and wasn’t offered a place to wait. They weren’t able to print a receipt, odd for an IT business, promised to send it but didn’t. I had planned to do more business with them but will never go there again.

Excellent customer service, very patient esp for someone like me who is not IT savvy and don’t understand the acronym. We brought our iPad in for service, the job was done in record time (fast) and it works! Highly recommended. Lots of parking. Covid-safe,

Definitely not efficient or professional - left phone there for a 3 day repair which ended up taking a whole 7 days leaving us with no phone over the weekend. Not very apologetic and really gave no updates throughout the entire process and obviously never even looked at the phone until the time when it was actually originally meant to be ready to collect.
