One of the best martial arts centres I’ve ever been to, the culture and environment is very friendly while also being professional, they brought the best out of my son who enjoyed every second. Coach Joshua was very helpful with my 5 year old son, teaching him many different self defence techniques like choking me out. Highly recommend

Absolutely amazing training services and the patience of these trainers is phenomenal!!!I'm a complete beginner and honestly, I have the strength of an infant but my trainer Joshua was super patient and after a while, I learnt to defend myself, even if I'm weaker than my opponent. Not too mention that my stamina is almost null and void, Joshua noticed these things and continued to help me focus on my weaknesses so I could always strive for better. so even if you're a beginner and want to do martial arts for fitness, Martial Arts Spirit is THE best place to go too !!!
