Don’t touch them with a ten foot pole. Paid for set up a year ago (over $1200)… still haven’t received anything. Sent though everything they asked only to be harassed with phone calls multiple times a day. Now of course when I ask where my refund is, radio silence. There are much better and more customer focused services out there.

Im a Manager for a large Company and have used so many other Time Clock systems in the past and haven't found a system that works so well for our needs. Its simple to use and Imports well into MYOB and the service we receive is fantastic.If we have any issues (which is rare) they are onto it quickly. We have been with Wageloch now for about 5 years.Highly recommend!!

That's as generous as it gets with Wageloch. The system is proper rubbish and every single time payroll comes around you're on edge because you just don't know how much time Wageloch will waste on that day.The only reason there is more than 1 star is because of the Wageloch Support Team. If Wageloch worked as well as the support team then it would be the greatest system on earth. Unfortunately, it is very much the opposite.

Great software, very easy to use. I used to spend nearly 2 hours doing payroll, I now spend 1/2 hour. I love how it uploads to MYOB so easily. Customer service is fantastic, they are quick to respond to any problems and nothing is too much trouble for them.I totally recommend Wageloch.
