Cost effective quality tools. Maybe buy the premium... cost effective quality tool.$35 for the SDS-Plus drill bit... good for electrical holes through bricks and recycling bricks.

Great place to get professional tools and large great variety.But the staff at the Smithfield store were too busy to serve customers. Their priority are the phones. I walked in and out of the store a few times.Took pictures of what I need, I'll have to purchase them from another store.

I’m very disappointed with the customer service today. My total was 249.80$ after I changed my mind for one of the product. And guy that was serving me he didn’t like that so he didn’t till me about the 50$ dollar store credit if I buy for 250$ which I was only 0.20$ dollars off

I purchased sanders machine 2 weeks ago with 3yrs warranty. It stopped working and i took it back to them for an exchange, all they did for me is tell me that they have to send it back to makita company and have to wait 2 weeks for repair. What is the warranty for?

Customer service is very bad with policy that you can’t help your customersGoerge was doing a great job to help but since he’s not there I will quit buying from Sydney toolsI’m left with two Ramset guns not operating because of no charger.When you sell a product you need to make sure that you have its spare part to keep your customers coveredVery bad experience Hilti is a better choice now

Worst customer service. Brought a air compressor about 2 years ago, bottom release valve was leaking. They don't have spare parts, refused to order spare parts, said can make a plug easy so I said show me what to buy and how to make it and I'll do it, couldn't do that either it was so easy. Went up the road to Pirtek gave me a heavy duty quality valve with zero fuss.Will never step foot back in Sydney Tools. Absolute garbage customer service.

Huge range,All The staff here are nothing short of amazing,I came in looking for a gas welding kit, let me say how great it is to walk into a place where having product knowledge is part of the work culture.I was assisted by Michael and 2 other team members, All had great work ethic, and during my interaction with them, if at any point one was unsure he would quickly pass me onto a teammember who was. I was moved around pretty effortlessly in my opinion because of the team chemistry, and I left the shop with exactly what i wanted,I even got assistance from Michael to put my equipment in the car.Amazing Customer Service
