Went into the local store recently and had a interaction with the manager. He had a rude demeanour and was quick to try and usher me out of the store. I find him unfit for customer service and a manger on top of that interacting with customers in such a belittling way. He is a bad role model and hopefully the other members under his management don't take any lessons on how to deal with customers from him.
