Cam and the rest of his team at Pure Leasing are a delight to deal with. From finding us a wonderful home to rent in a market where good homes are in short supply to the immaculate maintenance and response times for any issues that pop up around the house. We could not have asked for a kinder, more professional Property Manager than Pure Leasing. If you're looking to rent, don't look elsewhere; go with them.

Cam and the team at Pure Leasing Central met and exceeded our expectations for Property Management. They are prompt, friendly, and efficient with every aspect from the renters perspective. Cam is extremely knowledgeable about the homes and market in Perth. He is quick to correct any repairs needed and very personable in every interaction. Pure Leasing goes above and beyond to make sure things are done right and fair.

Having let a property through Pure Leasing, I can highly recommend Cam and his team. They were prompt communicators and efficient at dealing with any issues that arose.I am actually only disappointed that we have moved to QLD and there is no Pure Leasing here!

We have had a great experience renting through Pure Leasing and have nothing but good things to say about our Property Manager.Since the day we viewed the house it has been a breeze through the moving in process, arranging rent inspections and coordinating maintenance.My Wife and I had a water leak issue at the home we rent, Ninella had a tradesman over in 2 hours and resolved the issue that same day.

I have dealt with many Leasing companies over the years and can honestly say that Pure Leasing, Cam in particular, are wonderful to deal with. Cam worked hard on all aspects of our lease and was very attentive, polite and a pleasure to deal with. I couldn’t recommend Pure Leasing enough.I can certainly understand why the team has had so many positive reviews!

I went with Pure Leasing when renting out my unit on several recommendations and very glad I did. Bridget and Sally worked hard to get the place listed and find the best tenant in sometimes tricky circumstances. Kahli is a fabulous property manager who is extremely personable with excellent negotiation skills. She made sure the property stayed in great shape and when it came time to sell she provided help and advice above and beyond which I really appreciated.

Maddi looked after us as the leasing agent for a lovely house in Subiaco. The process was well managed, simple and faultless. During our 18 months in the house any issue was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Likewise the end of the tenancy was well managed. Pure Leasing have a great team and we thoroughly recommend them.
