Sunshine Coast 4x4 and Outdoor

The lads at Sunshine Coast 4x4 fitted out my new Ranger with all of the ironman gear, ready to cross Australia and tackle the Gibb River Road. I really put the vehicle and gear to the test, only having a couple of minor issues. Phil really took care of everything and got things sorted as soon as I arrived back, with after sales service that was beyond expectations. Can not thank Phil enough.Cheers mate.

Absolute terrible customer service and workmanship from Sunshine Coast 4x4. We paid nearly $3,000 for a deluxe ironman bullbar to be fitted to our triton back in May this year. Which came back fitted incorrectly with a list of issues. 1st issue was the indicators were blinking very fast upon pickup. They didn't put resistors in the wiring. 2nd issue fog lights blew after a few weeks. Had it in to Mitsubishi for its first service and they said the wiring was completely wrong and it's blown the fog light bulbs. 3rd issue inner guards have been cut to short and are just flapping around and not secured to the bullbar at all. 4th issue paint has cracked on one of the welds and has started going rusty. 5th issue no pinning bolts have been drilled and secured on the bullbar so in a collision it will rotate back and smash the car. In the instructions it says to ensure pinning bolts are drilled and secured once desired fitment has been achieved.We have emailed the company twice and have had no replies to rectify the issues. Also called them and they same they can't fix it because they have no staff.... I don't care if you have no staff. Offer to take it another ironman dealer to get fixed or give us a refund! I would highly recommend no one going here because there service and workmanship is useless and beyond a joke

This place is amazing, Phil is a superstar, repaired my fridge quick easy and free, will definitely be getting all my 4x4 items from here, the showroom is beautifully set out and has everything on display. If your looking for any 4x4 or outdoor gear this is where to go. Thank you so much Phil.

Great products for my Hilux-fitted bullbar, led light & recovery points, manager and store staff were super friendly and helpful. Spend time to go thru products and service was delivered in timely manner as promised. Definitely recommend a visit to the store for your 4x4 and camping needs.

Would just like to Thank Phil and the team at Iron man Maroochydore. Went in there for some parts for my winch. Tried there best to get parts in as I was leaving to head Nth.. didn’t come in time so Phil got screwdriver and spanner out & got one out of floor demo model to get me out of trouble so we could continue on our trip to Fraser.. thanks Phil!!!

Would not recommend this company to anyone.Air filter hold down bolts broken: self tapping screws into body used. Air filter lid clip broken off completely.Spring shackles installed upside down causing chassis damage.

Worse service over the phone. I asked if they had a bullbar for my 2013 Navara and the guy simply said NO. Not even let me see if I can find something or call some one it was a simple NO. POOR SERVICE. Must be in the to hard basket unless your car is new and they have it in stock. Will go somewhere else like TJM at least they will try to find something.
