Domino’s Pizza Northmead
I've been to Domino's Pizza Northmead and as far as the franchise goes; they're really good.They do a top job, get the Pizza's right and are made as per spec.I've been in there many times and they produce the food fast and the people there are pleasant and get it done.Can't tell you about delivery however (as I pick it up), but I bet it's pretty good too.

Seriously terrible. Took 2 hours for delivery. Too late, I didn't take the food. They forgot my order and said they would call me back but never happened. They didn't answer the phone and delivered food after 2 hours. Waiting for a refund.

The food can be hit and miss with some pizzas being much smaller than what you expected... this being said for a quick and cheap meal, you cant go wrong!

Utterly terrible pizza. Miserly toppings: a few tiny scraps of meat over the whole pizza, sauce doesn't cover the base, and oversized bubbled up crust. Over and over. Done with this place. Go literally anywhere else for better pizza.

Very average service n food. We went to pick up order. The garlic scrolls were burnt n pathetic in taste. The box it was packed in itself got oily. Such was it's preparation . Pizza was so hard at the bottom. Never ordering here again. The place also was dirty

My order for pizza, sides and dessert was delivered but looks like they didn't want me to enjoy my lava cake as I didn't get it. Instead they sent me pancakes which I hate and when I call they keep putting me on hold and bumping me to stores in QLD.WHAT A SERVICE!!!Pizza weren't baked properly as I felt like I was eating a veg katumba..this is the second time it happened...never ever going back..

Edit: corrected some autocorrect typos and punctuation.Last time I ordered I thought they had forgotten to add the extra feta to one of the pizzas. This time I checked in store and, sure enough, no feta anywhere in sight again.I asked the gu that had just got it out of the oven about it, he asks to see the pizza and tells me that no, the feta is there. Apparently it's the yellowy speckles you can see here or there.I'm adding a couple of photos so people can play find the feta and decide for themselves. For the life of me, I see no feta and I'm struggling not to feel ripped off. $2 for the feta is a 40% markup on the pizza price and arguably already a rip-off, but charging for it and then serving me this...

Worst service. Dishonest. Delivery extremely slow, which is fine if it's delayed but when you call the store, they lie about where the driver is and how soon the food will arrive. Driver dropped part of my order onto the ground. Had to contact the store multiple times seeking a refund which was promised but never paid. Bunch of absolute liars.

Worst experience ever. The service was really bad . Ordered 3 pizza’s but got no toppings on it. It was like we were waiting bread only. One of the worst store ever.
