Always helpful even when under the car covered in grease. Harvey always finds a way to fit you in and only replaces what needs replacing instead of just ticking the service book regardless if due to not. Serviced four different cars over eight years and still happy with the service/price. Keep it up.

I am so grateful for Crystal Street Mechanics! They have saved me so much money & time. I was initially quoted $850 at another mechanic, I knew it was a ridiculous amount - especially after getting a $350 quote from here. Amazing service with no fluff… just gets the job done!

Spoke to them on the phone and described a problem with my car. They didn't have time that day to fit me in but said to drive in and they'll have a quick look to see if they could diagnose the problem free of charge.I did so an hour later and as promised they had a quick check to see what the noise could be. They were extremely helpful and 10 minutes later I was out of there with the problem resolved, and no charge at all. Advised to come back if it is still an issue.Unfortunately I didn't get his name but a million thanks to the gentleman who helped.11/10
