Cash is a legal tender. Nandos will never have respect from me and the likes of me due to discrimination and control over how people pay for their purchases. Nandos has lost many clients due to this. Disgusting!

Do not support companies who enforce illegal cashless payment system. It is illegal to refuse Australian cash in Australia. Go to another country if you want to enforce those communist rules.

Due to a series of poor service experiences, I feel compelled to express my dissatisfaction with the Nando's restaurant in Macquarie Centre. Last night, I met a friend at the shopping center and we decided to have a meal at Nando's while watching ice hockey players rink side. After placing our order, my friend went to find a seat while I waited for our meal. However, I waited for 10 minutes and had to approach the desk to inquire about our meal's progress, only to find out that it had been sitting on a shelf for several minutes. To make matters worse, when we opened the meal, we discovered that it was cold, and there were no knives, forks, or napkins provided by the staff.When we decided to sit down and eat, we realized that every table in the section we chose was dirty, with food remnants left on them. We had to clean the table ourselves before we could sit down. During our hour-long conversation, no staff member came to tend to the tables. As we left, we noticed that every table in the restaurant was still dirty, which was unacceptable. If health department officials had visited the restaurant during our visit, I would have been surprised if it had not been shut down.The cleaning practices at Nando's Macquarie Centre are appalling, and head office should take responsibility for correcting the issue. I would appreciate a full explanation of why this problem is occurring and what steps head office is taking to address it.

Ordered delivery From the wheelers hill store. Everything was all good until I checked the tracking and it said delivered. Went outside to have a look for my order, wasn’t there $70 wasted. Store doesn’t want to help and can’t get in contact with head office because it’s after hours. Definitely won’t be spending another dime at a Nando’s again.

Dandenong store is shocking, I literally feel to vomit, as attached photos you can see, new washed cutlery & plates just next to vanity & rubbish bin. When everyone washing the hands & pulling the hanging tissues on the wall all the hand water dripping into the cutlery. I use to love nandos , not anymore. It’s soo not worth the money . The have changed the sizes of the way how they cut the chicken now . The tenders that I use to get they are same size as the kids now , the size of a nugget instead of a chicken tender . And the staff don’t even care about anything. I will never go back again .
