I cannot fault my experience with MK Smash Repairs. Without comprehensive insurance we were a private customer paying to make our vehicle roadworthy again. From arriving for a quote, to paying and leaving with a vehicle cleaner than the one I dropped off, I was impressed with their friendliness, professionalism and pricing. A great family company who I'd recommend without hesitation.

They organised me a suitable hire car for the time it would take to repair my car, and extended it when I needed.The repairs were done almost two weeks before the estimated completion date, and they did the most amazing job on the repairs. These guys are superstars! Very easy to organise an assessment, they booked us in a week later and had the parts ordered - when we dropped our car in we were expecting to be without a car for an entire week and it turned out to be ready the same day! Very friendly staff and all communication with both us and our insurer was professional and courteous. Highly recommend them and will most definitely be using them as our preferred repairer for any future jobs.

My car two times being involved in accident (not my fault) and MK guys done a great job and fully took care more than they had to.Time frame is good too they done it under the estimated time given.
