Great place to stay while in Brisbane that's not in the heart of Brisbane, close to major shopping centers and a 10 minute drive to the airport. Free parking underneath the property that is secure and lovely staff members at the front counter.

Perfect location to St Vincent’s Hospital. Friendly staff. My room was clean and noise levels low considering closeness to road.The free breakfast was a bonus and no complaints about kitchen facilities and hot water in shower.

Amazing, The staff members here went above and beyond for myself and my partner after her major lung procedure. Definitely would stay here again. It was Neat, Clean and Tidy and I could not speak more highly of the reception staff. And the Prince Charles hospital is literally a stone's throw away.

Convenient but filthy. I had to clean the bathroom myself it was bad. Dispenser and liquid in it in the shower is useless garbage that would only clean a toddler. Having to pay to wash clothes is fine but needing cash to do it is disgusting. Its 2022 no one but old people carry cash anymore. Rather free washing than breakfast and gym rubbish. Only plus side is the male employee at the desk is a sweetheart and it's close to hospital.Cleanliness is not even at 3star level so may want to delete the 4 star rating of lies.

We booked two beds as I was looking after my mother who was recovering from open heart surgery. A couple of weeks before we were due to stay they offered us a free upgrade from the 2 bed studio to a 1 bedroom apartment with a pull out sofa. We accepted because I thought it would be beneficial for my mother to have her own bedroom. When I got there they wanted to charge me $35 a night extra for sheets for the pull out. Blatant thievery.

Stayed for 9 nights, no room service, asked each day for coffee and got sheets delivered so I could change bed.Asked for a weekly rate and was told the price I paid was a special price ( even though got cheaper myself through bookings.com for first 2 nights).Used to be extremely good service as they know most people are there for hospital visits, but found it's not the same standard.However the older gentleman in reception was very pleasant and helpful.Very disappointed with the quality compared to how it used to be.

Genuinely the worst place I have ever stayed. Stacey the manager was rude and made me feel so unwelcome, the room smelt like a toilet honestly wish I just stayed home such a waste of money. If you want to be treated like garbage, sleep on an uncomfortable bed and smell sewerage on a little getaway then this is the place for you.

Closest to hospital reason we stayed. Was the worse managed complex, filthy patio & surrounds, smelly drain in bathroom, no linen till 13th day & not all towels replaced. Reception staff very unfriendly except for one on weekend. Rates we had confirmed in writing were not honoured & had to extend nice receptionist offered us a long stay rate for another week but manager said she only a casual & had no right to offer??? We’re charged over $600 more!!! Was very stressful considering my husband already had major heart surgery.Booked a 1BR & ended up in studio.. similar complaints shared by 2 others…

Very pleasant staff, easy check in/out, good secure parking. Excellent consistent wifi. Room amenities perfect at this price point. Only downside is it's not the best if you don't have a car.
